Good News For Our Veterans

According to Reuters, a Florida jury awarded $1.7 million in damages against 3M for defectxive earplugs.  The jury determined that 3M knew the earplugs were defective but still allowed American servicemembers to suffer damage to their hearing.  The earplugs in question are Combat Arms Earplugs Version 2.  The case is the largest consolidated federal mass tort in US history.
